The orange season is coming to an end with the end of the winter season, and the blessed month has arrived. Natural juices are an essential part of every Egyptian home’s dining table, so we offer the easiest way to save orange juice.
How to store orange juice:
Two tablespoons of sugar.
How to prepare:
Wash the oranges, dry them well, cut in half, and squeeze the regular juice into a deep dish.
– Put the sugar and mix well. After mixing the ingredients well, put it in a saucepan over a medium heat and stir it until it boils.
The white foam that results in the juice is removed, and the juice is removed from the fire after boiling for two minutes, then the juice is left to cool down and placed in a dry box and then placed in the freezer.
It is preferable to put juice in ice cubes and put orange cubes in a cup of iced water, if the box needs a third of the cup juice and the rest is ice water.
Put the juice in molds and put sticks in it to make orange ice cream.
– All tools and utensils must be completely dry without any drop of water because it will spoil the juice after squeezing oranges.
Oranges are dried when washing because the water will spoil the juice, and instead of washing it, wipe it with a tissue if it is clean.
– The amount of sugar is placed the same as the amount of juice, for example: Four cups of juice we put four cups of sugar on it. The amount of sugar can be reduced by using smaller cups.
