A young man created a manual elevator for his father, who could go down from the house in a mountainous area to the mosque built below, which has been leading worshipers for more than 75 years.
In the video documented by Yahya Rayani, the son Jaber explained that his father, who was over 100 years old, underwent an operation in the joint and became tired in going down to the mosque, and then going up to the house, which is located in Jabal Salé in Al-Ardha governorate.
He pointed out that the elevator was inspired by a winch to lift building materials to the upper floors, and that bridges and iron beams were installed for it to go up and down.
He pointed out that the elevator is controlled by a manual remote, and has been working continuously for more than two years.
His son invented a domestic manual elevator for him to take him from the house to the mosque .. because of the knee pain when Uncle Ahmed was tired
