“Identity and Nationality” in Umm Al Quwain discusses developing government services


The Preparation for the Fifty-Fifth Forum, organized by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship in Umm Al-Quwain, on the occasion of the “Emirates Innovates” week, discussed developmental ideas for the future of government services, in accordance with the centennial vision of the UAE government in many fields.
Clytham Khamis Al Ali, Executive Director of Innovation at the Executive Council of the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain, and representatives of the local and federal departments in the emirate attended and participated in the forum.
Major Muhammad Obaid Al Samman, Head of the Customer Happiness Center at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship in Umm Al Quwain, presented an explanation of the preparation for the fifty, in which he presented the harvest of challenges and goals set by the founding leaders, and focused on the quality of life, and the achievement of those goals in the first fifty years of the state’s life, with qualitative achievements on The local, regional and international levels, thanks to the vision of the wise leadership of the UAE government.
For his part, Nasser Ahmed Al-Abdouli, Director of the Customer Happiness Department at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, presented the features of the future of government services in the next 50 years, and the UAE Government Centennial 2071, to be the best country in the world in many fields.
A brainstorming session was organized under the title “The Promising Future of Umm Al Quwain,” which discussed the development of government services in the emirate in various fields including education, economy, tourism, government services and health .. Participants in the forum presented innovative plans and concepts within specific axes that contribute to the development of the development plan for government services in Umm Al Quwain in The next fifty years.
