Dubai Economy explained, in a statement today, that after receiving a note from a consumer of the Commercial Control and Consumer Protection Sector working group for its dissatisfaction with the quality of the home inspection service for “Covid-19”, the commercial control team collected information about the service provider and tracked the mechanism used to promote about The service, as it was found that the service provider is a travel tourism office that receives the customers ’requests through a commercial“ WhatsApp ”account. The customers are asked to choose the appropriate date, fill in their data, attach copies of passports through an electronic link, and then pay electronically for the service.
