The Specialized Criminal Appeals Court announced that, due to the defendant’s absence regarding the public case against Hamdan bin Fahad Al-Yami (Saudi nationality), he has attended the trial session scheduled to hear the case against him on 6/28/1442 at ten in the morning, and the competent authority in the court was unable to Communicating with the accused in his documented place of residence. An alternative date has been set for hearing the case, and that is Monday, 2/8/1442, at 11:30 in the morning.

The court also announced that due to the absence of the defendant, Ali Saleh Salem Al-Sayari (a Saudi national), to attend the court session scheduled to consider the lawsuit against him, and the court’s competent authorities were unable to communicate with the accused in his documented place of residence, an alternative date has been set to look into the case. And that will be on Wednesday 8/4/1442.

The Specialized Criminal Appeals Court also announced that, due to the absence of the defendant, Muhammad Saleh Muhammad Al-Asimi (a Saudi national), to attend the trial session scheduled to consider the case against him, and the court’s competent authority was unable to communicate with the accused in his documented place of residence, an alternative date has been set. To hear the case, on Wednesday, 8/4/1442, at eleven in the morning.

The court hopes that the defendants will come to the court at the specified time, and in the event that they do not attend, the court will rule on the cases in absentia, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 57 of the Sharia pleadings system, and Article 25 of the Law on Combating Terrorist Crimes and Its Financing.
