The juice is easy to prepare, rich in all nutrients that benefit the body and provide it with the food it needs without gaining extra calories.

In fact, it is not a diet in itself, but rather a supportive juice for the diet and for some exercises to lose weight. It was advised by a nutritionist to take it before meals.

Pineapple also contains vitamins important for a healthy body, such as vitamins A, B6, E and K.
It has an enzyme known as bromelain, which is an anti-inflammatory enzyme that also works to get rid of cellulite. It is rich in water, which helps remove toxins from the body.
Pineapple is rich in soluble fiber, as it works to absorb water in the stomach and then absorb the largest amount of fiber and minerals from the food. On the other hand, it contains a small percentage of insoluble fibers that work to excrete the products of digestion so that they do not settle too much in the stomach. These fibers also provide a feeling of fullness and suppress the appetite.

What distinguishes pineapple juice from other juices or slimming drinks is that it can be prepared in many and varied ways, and you do not feel bored by eating it, as different types of fruits can be added to it, as I did during my experience.

4 kiwis.

Way

Peel and dice pineapple, as well as kiwi.
Put pineapple and kiwi pieces in an electric blender to get juice.
The juice is filtered and kept in the fridge.
This is one of the methods that I have adopted during my experience with pineapple juice for slimming, and I take a cup of it before every meal.

All ingredients are placed in an electric mixer to obtain juice.
Pour into a bowl and put in the fridge after filtering.
It is taken before every meal.

You can add a spoonful of pure honey, ice cubes, or replace kiwi with apples, oranges and other low-calorie fruits.
All these methods of preparing pineapple juice for slimming are very useful, and I continued to drink it for a month, losing 3 kg in the first week, and the result after the month was 6 kg.
