Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud emphasized working on building an excellent relationship with the administration of US President Biden, describing the relationship between Saudi Arabia and the United States as historic.
The foreign minister told Al-Arabiya TV: “Saudi Arabia’s relationship with the United States of America is institutional relations,” adding: “Our relationship is basically with America as a country and with the successive governments that run it.
He added, “Therefore, I am sure that there will be great consultation and coordination, and of course we are always keen to strengthen these relations, and just as we were keen to build a good relationship with President Trump’s administration, we will work to build excellent relations with the Biden administration.”
