The draw for the 16th round of the King’s Cup soccer tournament, which was withdrawn on Friday, resulted in an easy match for Barcelona against rival Rayo Vallecano, the second division team.
Eleven teams from the First Division qualified for the 16th round of the Copa del Rey, Barcelona, Villarreal, Real Sociedad, Seville, Valencia, Athletic Bilbao, Granada, Valladolid, Osasuna, and Real Betis, in addition to 3 clubs from the second division, namely: Almeria, Girona, Rayo Vallecano, and two third-tier clubs, Alcoiano, Real Madrid, and Navalcarnero, who qualified at the expense of the first division team, also Eibar.

Navalcarnero – Granada
Girona – Villarreal
Rayo Vallecano – Barcelona
Almeria – Osasuna
Valladolid – Levante
Seville – Valencia
Real Betis – Real Sociedad.
The round of 16 matches will be held on January 26, 27 and 28, with the quarter-final matches to take place on February 2 and 3, while the semi-final matches will take place on the back-and-forth system on February 10 and March 3.
The final match is scheduled to take place on April 18, 2021, at the “La Cartuja” stadium in Seville.
