The Egyptian Al-Ahly Club mission arrived at Doha airport on Friday evening to participate in the FIFA Club World Cup, to be held in the Qatari capital between 4 and 11 February.
A large number of Al-Ahly fans in Qatar were keen to receive the mission of their team, headed by the club’s president, Mahmoud Al-Khatib, the moment they came to Doha airport, waving the club’s flags, clapping and cheering for the players and the technical staff, and chanting their songs with enthusiasm, motivating the players to achieve victories.

Al-Ahly, the holder of the African Champions League, will meet Al-Duhail, the Qatari host, next Thursday, at the start of their team’s World Cup, and the winner of the match will meet Bayern Munich, the German champions of the Champions League in the semi-final.
