New technical reports have revealed that the South Korean phone company, Samsung, is working on two new Qi wireless chargers for its smartphones and other compatible devices. Before their official unveiling, recent photos show the company’s two upcoming wireless chargers: the EP-P1300 and EP-P4300, the EP-P4300 could be the successor to the dual base wireless charger.
While the EP-P1300 comes as a Samsung square wireless charger, it can charge one device at a time, and the icon on this charger seems to indicate that it supports compatible smartphones and wireless earphones. The device features a single LED light at the front and a USB Type-C port on the back. This 48-€ ($ 58.36) wireless charger supports up to 9 watts of fast wireless charging for smartphones and fast wireless charging of up to 7 watts for iPhones. While the EP-P4300 model, called the Wireless Charger Pad Duo, supports charging up to two devices simultaneously, it can charge compatible smartphones, smartwatches, and truly wireless earphones.
It also has two LED case lights and a USB Type-C port on the back, and it also supports up to 9W of fast wireless charging for smartphones and charging up to 3.5W for smart watches. It is also rumored that these new wireless chargers may also be able to charge upcoming Galaxy SmartTag trackers (possibly Galaxy SmartTag +). It is expected that these chargers will be launched alongside the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy Buds Pro, which are expected to be launched a few hours later in a virtual official event.
