Masdar and the “Jezuba China” group announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to discuss cooperation opportunities in renewable energy projects around the world.
The memorandum was signed by Muhammad Jamil Al-Ramahi, CEO of Masdar, and Liu Zixiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jizuba China.
Mohammed Jamil Al-Ramahi said: “Jizoba China” is one of the leading engineering companies in the world, and it is active in many sectors of our interest in Masdar, including renewable energy and urban communities, which represent two important sectors to achieve sustainable development.
He added, “Masdar” currently has projects in more than 30 countries around the world. The total capacity of its project portfolio is 10.7 gigawatts, while its total value is 20 billion dollars. We look forward to working with our partners to discuss opportunities and areas of cooperation available, and to develop important projects that will benefit all participating parties.
For his part, Liu Zixiang said: We have gathered with Masdar, with the same goals of achieving development according to sustainable and clean foundations. As a global leader in the field of energy facilities, Jizuba China Group looks forward to cooperating with its partners to develop clean, prominent and more sustainable projects, in a way that contributes to supporting the achievement of sustainable development in the world.
