The popular sports site WhoScored held a poll among football fans to choose the perfect squad for 2020, with each participant voting for one player per position (from goalkeeper to striker).
34,000 people participated in the vote, and witnessed a heavy surprise, excluding the Juventus striker, Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, from the perfect squad that included 11 players, including one Arab player, Moroccan Ashraf Hakimi, the right-back of Inter Milan, who won 55 % Of the votes cast by the participants to choose the best right-back.
And the ideal line-up for 2020, according to the survey conducted by “WhoScored”, as follows:
In goalkeeping: Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa) of Argentina.
In the defense line: Moroccan Achraf Hakimi (Inter Milan), Frenchman Kurt Zuma (Chelsea), Dutch Virgil Van Dyck (Liverpool), Frenchman Theo Hernandez (Milan).
In midfield: Belgian Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City), German Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich), Portuguese Bruno Fernandez (Manchester United).
