Bahrain will host the experiences of the new season of the Formula 1 World Championship.
Bahrain will host the experiences of the new season of the Formula 1 World Championship between 12 and 14 March next at the “Sakhir Circuit”, according to what was announced today, Tuesday, by the promoter of the championship and the International Automobile Federation “FIA”.
The trials were scheduled in Barcelona, Spain, in early March, but they moved after the first race of the season in Australia was postponed to November 2021, due to the repercussions of the Coronavirus pandemic and the health protocol for the aforementioned country.
The record season of 23 races kicks off in Bahrain on March 28, a week after the base date in Melbourne.
No date has been set for the Chinese Grand Prix, which is also postponed, which usually takes place in April.
Winter experiences decreased to 3 days instead of 6, while cars remained almost the same, similar to the 2020 season, in an attempt to reduce expenses amid the financial crisis caused by Corona.
