A professional test for non-Saudi engineers


The Education and Training Evaluation Authority and the Saudi Council of Engineers intend to activate the professional test for non-Saudi engineers, in implementation of the directive of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs in charge of Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqil to the Saudi Council of Engineers to hold professional tests for non-Saudi workers, in order to achieve the protection of society and the evaluation of academic qualifications and practical experiences working inside the Kingdom.This came during the meeting between the head of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, Dr. Hussam bin Abdel Wahab Zaman, with the Secretary-General of the Saudi Council of Engineers, Eng. Farhan bin Habaiter Al-Shammari, at the headquarters of the Education Evaluation Commission in Riyadh.

The Education and Training Evaluation Authority stated that the exams will also be applied to new engineers before they enter the Kingdom through the computerized headquarters of the authority and its strategic partner (Pearson Vue) located in various countries of the world.
