The Ministry of Health and Community Protection stated that it had provided the new Corona virus vaccine (Covid-19), “Sinopharm”, in 16 private hospitals in the Northern Emirates, free of charge, to citizens and residents of all groups, in addition to making it available in three health centers in Dubai, starting yesterday.
The assistant undersecretary for the health centers and clinics sector, Dr. Hussein Abdulrahman Al-Rand, told «Emirates Today» that the ministry decided to expand the provision of the vaccine in the private health sector, to facilitate the task of obtaining it for all individuals and groups of society, indicating that the ministry addressed the officially approved hospitals, to confirm Get the vaccine free.
He stressed that the vaccine will be presented in accredited hospitals, without prior appointments, provided that only the ID card is presented, to facilitate those wishing to get the vaccine, without hardship or waiting for a long time.
The list of private hospitals approved by the Ministry to provide the vaccine in the Emirate of Sharjah includes: “Al Zahraa”, “Zulekha”, “Central Private”, “Saudi German”, “Burjeel Specialist” and “Prime Medical Center Specialist 1” , And «Prime Medical Center Al Nahda», and «Prime Medical Center Specialist», and «Thumbay» and «Medcare» Hospital.
In Ajman, “Amina”, “Saudi German”, “Prime Medical Center AGM” and “Thumbay University” hospitals were accredited. In the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, Ras Al Khaimah Hospital was accredited, and in the Emirate of Fujairah, Thumbay Hospital was accredited.
Al-Rand said that the vaccine is also available free of charge at the Al Bayt Mitwahid Center in Umm Al Quwain, and at the Expo Center in Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Bayt Mitwahid also in Ajman.
In Dubai, the Ministry has designated three health centers: the “Health Union”, Hor Al-Anz, and Al-Qusais.
The Ministry called on all groups of society to take the initiative to take the vaccine to protect themselves, their families and their community, after its safety was proven at a high rate.
