Serbian Micho, the former coach of Zamalek and the current coach of the Zambian national team, was keen to congratulate the South African coach, Pesto Musimani, the coach of Al-Ahly team, on winning the CAF Champions League.
Musimani succeeded in leading Al-Ahly to complete his career in the CAF Champions League by beating Wydad in the semi-finals of the tournament with a score of (5-1) in the two round-trip aggregate, and he also led the red team to beat Zamalek in the final match with a score of 2-1 and then crowned the absentee title. 7 years ago.
Through his official account on the social networking site “Twitter”, Micho posted a picture of Musimani that he gathered with his technical staff and Al-Ahly players during their celebration of the Champions League.
Micho commented: “Congratulations, my friend … in September 2020 when I wanted to know everything related to Egypt, the Egyptians, Egyptian football and Al-Ahly, at the end of our lengthy conversation, I told you that you can only win.”
He added, “This coronation is a product of your fatigue and your focus on all the details.”
It is worth noting that Micho previously took over the coaching of Zamalek during a short period that began on August 17, 2019 and continued until December 2, 2019, during which he won the Egypt Cup.
