Dubai Duty Free announced that its sales recorded 69.99 million dirhams at the end of the three-day offer of 25% discounts, launched by the Corporation on a wide range of goods on the occasion of its 37th anniversary.

Perfumes topped the list of best-selling goods during the three days of the show, after recording 17.613 million dirhams, while cosmetics came in second place, recording 8.179 million dirhams, followed by wristwatches, which recorded 7.891 million dirhams. Tickets for the Millennium Millionaire raffle draw and the Dubai Duty Free Surprises promotional draw achieved 7.373 million dirhams and ranked fourth on the list of best-selling items.
During the three days of the promotion, a total of 104,698 purchase transactions were registered through payment boxes at Dubai Duty Free outlets.
For its part, online sales numbers doubled in the same period, through the “Click and Collect” service, which provides the opportunity for travelers to submit purchase orders before their trips. The total sales of this service reached 6.944 million dirhams within 72 hours. 6331 pre-registered purchase orders.
