His Excellency President Donald Trump, President of the United States of America, thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for presiding over the summit of leaders of the G20 countries (G20), which was held in Riyadh under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, expressing his aspiration to work with Italy As the future president of the G20.
This came in a statement issued by the White House yesterday evening, after the end of the fifteenth session of the G20 countries, which was held on November 21-22 in Riyadh.
The statement indicated that the US President discussed during the summit the economic model adopted by his administration through reducing taxes and regulations, promoting abundant and affordable energy, and negotiating trade agreements based on principles of fairness and reciprocity, noting the importance of policies that enhance the role of workers and families.
The statement stated that the US President also discussed the historical achievements made in the United States and around the world in empowering women and investing in them, calling on all countries to do more, and encouraging the G20 to continue working together to achieve security, prosperity and peace for all countries.
