The death of the Moroccan artist, Mahmoud Al-Idrissi, after suffering from Corona


Moroccan artist Mahmoud El Idrissi died at the age of 70, of his infection with Corona Virus The newcomer, in a hospital in the Moroccan capital, “Casablanca”.

And he enriched the late Moroccan music scene with many songs that became a distinctive mark in the history of Moroccan art. Among his songs: Happy Hour, be patient, my heart, and the world is fine.

The late performer of more than 400 songs from his compositions by the most famous artists of the Arab world, including Latifa and Al-Bashir Abdo.

He also honored the late at the Alexandria Festival for Arab Music in its 15th session at the Sayed Darwish Opera Theater, in recognition of his dedication to Moroccan and Arabic songs, when he was captain of Moroccan artists in 2018.

It is noteworthy that Al-Idrissi was born in Rabat in 1964, and gave his first concerts with Mawashah “Ya Lail Tal”, and in 1970 he performed the song “We start with the name of Fattah” from the words of Ahmed Al-Tayeb and composed by Abdel-Qader Al-Rashidi, which was a reason for his success.
