Saudi specifications are among six distinguished international experiences in the field of distance training

The Saudi Organization for Standardization, Metrology and Quality reviewed its experience in remote training during the Corona pandemic, as a pioneering experiment within six global experiences, as part of the activities of the Academy and Capacity Building Day organized by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
Saudi Standards participated from among (89) member states of the committee, by presenting a working paper on the experience of the Authority’s training center in training during the pandemic presented by the advisor to the deputy governor for business support and the supervisor of the training center, Yunus bin Mansour Al-Malik.
The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is one of three global organizations concerned with developing international standards and standards, while Saudi standards seek to activate its cooperation with the organization to achieve the vision of Saudi standards as a global leadership in building confidence in the fields of standardization and quality and providing specialized training programs at the regional and international level.
Saudi standards seek to participate with other international organizations to highlight the Kingdom’s efforts in the field of various standardization activities, to strengthen cooperation ties with it in providing training programs and to contribute to spreading and developing the culture of standardization and quality through distinct programs for the beneficiaries and raising awareness of standardization activities, conformity and quality.
