Thom Browne is not the only special version available from the Galaxy Z Fold 2 foldable phone, as Samsung unveiled a very limited version of the same foldable phone called Aston Martin Racing. Only 777 units will be sold, as of November 11th, which coincides with Singles’ Day in China.
While you might think of the luxury cars built by the British automaker, this version was designed by the BSEM Asia Sonic Racing team, who scored their first victory in the China GT Championship over the past year with the Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4s.
The phone itself is not modified, but the package is the only one featured here. You get a leather protective case, as well as the Galaxy Watch 3 smartwatch, a Crystal ID, plus a branded T-shirt and hat. There are two color options for the phone and the watch, while the case is a taupe color.
The price of the phone Galaxy Z Fold 2 Aston Martin Racing is 21 thousand Chinese yuan, which means a lower cost than the Galaxy Z Fold 2 Thom Browne Edition, and most importantly, it is less than the total cost of the items included in the package, the 12GB / 512GB version of the Galaxy phone Z Fold 2 alone costs 17,000 CNY, while Galaxy Watch 3 alone costs 4,600 CNY.
Once again, this is only a limited edition, but Samsung has prepared another package, which in turn costs 21 thousand Chinese yuan, and includes Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Buds Live, but there are no souvenirs from Aston Martin.
