Today, Saturday, a British press report revealed the manner in which Egyptian Mohamed Salah, the English football star, Liverpool, was dealing with his infection with the new Corona virus, “Covid-19”.
Yesterday, Friday, the Egyptian Football Association announced that Salah had undergone two Corona tests, and the result was positive (i.e. injured).
And the British “Liverpool Echo” website reported that Salah will remain in quarantine in Egypt and will not return to Liverpool, before the swab result turns negative.
This came in contrast to what the Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, the star of Juventus, did after he was infected with Corona during the previous international suspension, as he left the Portuguese camp to Italy on a private plane, before recovering from the infection, in an attempt to buy time and join his team’s match against Barcelona in Champions League, but it was positive, and thus missed the match.
And Ronaldo entered into conflict with Italian officials, claiming that the “Madeira missile” violated health protocols.
