Lebanese Abdo Yaghi is the sweetest voice in ‘The Voice Senior’

Beirut – The “Voice Senior” program presented by the Saudi MBC television network removed the dust of years from golden voices and returned them to the Arab public after decades of absence.

Over the course of eight weeks, Arab stars over the age of 60 and one of them reached 80 competed before a jury composed of artists Samira Said from Morocco and Egyptian Hani Shaker, Najwa Karam and Melhem Zain from Lebanon. The participants presented songs from Al-Tarab Al-Aseel, Al-Quddud Al-Halabi and some popular Tawasheh songs
The last episode, which was shown Wednesday night, reached four competitors: Egyptian Mervat Kamel, Moroccan Souad Hassan, and the Lebanese, Abdo Yaghi and Faisal Hallaq.
And he had participated in the competition 16 participants. Each member of the jury had to select two talents from the four golden votes that had moved with him to this stage.
In conclusion, Abdo Yaghi, from Melhem Zein’s team, received the highest marks, and artist Samir Saida considered that his voice “gave us the fragrance of the beautiful time. One feels that he is a student in his school.”
The Moroccan singer described the experience as wonderful and said, “What is in the spirit of the competition has the spirit of pleasure in it, passion and love, and we all enjoyed the performance.”
