How to prepare rice with minced meat and spices

Rice with minced meat and spices is one of the delicious, easy and favorite rice recipes for family members on the lunch table, try it on my lady’s kitchen style and serve it hot alongside the grilled chicken or meat

Basmati rice: 2 cups (washed, soaked, and drained)
Minced meat: 250 grams
Margarine: 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
Nutmeg: 1/4 teaspoon (finely grated)
Mixed spices: half a teaspoon
Black pepper: half a teaspoon
Cardamom: 1/4 teaspoon (ground)
Cinnamon: 1/4 teaspoon (ground)
Almonds: 1/4 cup (toasted slices / to garnish)
Hot water: two to three quarters of a cup

Heat the oil and ghee in a nonstick saucepan over medium heat.

Add minced meat and stir until brown.

Add salt and black pepper and stir for 5 minutes.

Add rice, mixed spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamom, and to my heart.

Pour the hot water and leave the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover the pot and leave it for 25 minutes until the rice is completely cooked.

Pour the rice into a serving dish, spread the roasted almonds and serve hot along with the meat or chicken to taste
