Details of Mohamed Hani’s injury that kept him away from the national team’s trip to Togo


Al-Ahly defender Mohamed Hani was confirmed as missing from the Egyptian team’s trip to Togo in preparation for the fourth round of qualifying matches for the African Nations Championship, Cameroon 2022.

According to what he knew Mohamed Hani suffers from a ligament in the outer knee ligament during his participation in the national team match against Togo.

The television footage showed Mohamed Hani sitting after the referee whistled, announcing the end of the match, with the victory of the Egyptian team, with a goal without response by Mahmoud Al-Wensh, and doing some muscle stretches before leaving Cairo Stadium.

Mohamed Hani participated in the Togo match fully, and Hossam Al-Badri confirmed that Mohamed Hani suffers from a bruise in the knee and will undergo x-rays Sunday morning to determine his position on the Togo match.
