The National Housing Company stated that the “Sama Jeddah” project extends over an area of 144 thousand square meters, and provides 858 housing units, with various spaces and designs that meet all the needs of families, as the project is an integrated service, in a distinctive location in the Hamdaniya district, north of Jeddah, near the main Haramain road. The “Sama Jeddah” project comes with a system of residential buildings (apartments) in three different models. It is noteworthy that the National Housing Company recently launched the “Khayala” project in Jeddah, in cooperation with the private sector, to provide more than 3,500 housing units of various sizes and designs that meet all the needs of families benefiting from the “Sakani” program of the Ministry of Housing.
