Addis Ababa gives Tigrayans 72 hours to surrender – one world – outside borders

Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has given Tigrayans 72 hours to surrender before the army begins an attack on Mekele, the provincial capital.

“We call on you to surrender peacefully within 72 hours … You are in the stage of no return,” Abi said on Twitter this evening.
