40 thousand trainees in the Saudi Real Estate Institute


The Saudi Real Estate Institute, the academic arm of the General Real Estate Authority, achieved one of its strategic objectives, by the end of the third quarter of the current year 2020, by training 40130 male and female trainees through 863 training courses set up by the institute, including 29 training programs, in various real estate fields, and the institute implemented these courses based on Results of a study of the needs of the real estate sector in the Kingdom, and the anticipation of the future need to qualify national cadres and raise the efficiency of their performance.The Governor of the General Real Estate Authority, Issam bin Hamad Al-Mubarak, explained that the institute worked to achieve one of the axes of the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector, which is to empower and sustain the sector by raising the efficiency of its workers, qualifying them and raising the level of knowledge, through professionalism in training, and benefiting from regional and global experiences in the fields Various real estate, including the latest developments in regulations and legislation, that contribute to organizing and developing the Saudi real estate market, and creating job opportunities for young women and men in the country.

Al-Mubarak praised the distinguished role of the institute in reviewing, evaluating and developing its training programs, judging its curricula, ensuring their quality and scientific and knowledge distinction, and he also made clear that the institute is working on implementing the transformation plan into an accreditation institute, a center for research, development and knowledge transfer.
