With the election campaigns coming to an end, it seems that “America first” has become “Trump first.” President Donald Trump’s poor performance, especially regarding the Corona pandemic.

Today, Trump returns to the Midwest, to continue advertising in the states of Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota, and a campaign official said that in the last week of his campaign he plans to visit 10 states, and in the last 48 hours he will attend 11 public meetings.

As for Biden, he is traveling today to Wisconsin, and tomorrow, he will participate in propaganda with former President Barack Obama in Michigan, according to his campaign. Trump’s victory in these two states in 2016 contributed to his arrival at the White House.

4 days before the US presidential election, Trump and Biden chose for the first time to attend at the same venue: Tampa, Florida, which is very important by the ballot.

Within hours, the two candidates held two election rallies in this city, west of Florida, and despite the increasing number of Coronavirus cases, Trump organized an outdoor rally.

The number of votes allocated to Florida in the electoral college is 29, and it has great importance in the elections.

Florida favored Trump in the 2016 elections at the expense of his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, while it supported Barack Obama in the 2008 elections at the expense of his Republican opponent John McCain, and therefore it is one of the largest swing states among the candidates.

For his part, Biden organized a rally in Tampa, hours after Trump gathered, but the attendees remained in their cars. He also organized a similar rally in Broward County, South Florida.

Earlier, Biden and his wife, Jill, cast their ballots in the early ballot in the presidential election, in his home town of Wilmington, Delaware.

After his vote, Biden pointed out that “the Trump administration’s refusal to acknowledge the reality we are living in, at a time when nearly a thousand Americans die every day, is an insult to everyone who suffers from Covid-19 and every family has lost a loved one.”

The Democratic candidate’s campaign stated that Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris will visit Texas today, as part of her election campaign.

This is the first time since 1988 that any Democratic candidate for the post of Vice President holds electoral activities in Texas, which is a Republican stronghold.

No Democratic candidate has won Texas since 1976, when Jimmy Carter defeated Gerald Ford. The incumbent president won this state by 9 points in the last election.

And a new poll by “Reuters / Ipsos” shows that Trump and Biden are tied in Florida.

Some warned against a repeat of the 2016 scenario, when opinion polls showed that Hillary Clinton was ahead of Trump by a good margin, before wishing him a defeat in the official results.

However, American media indicated that opinion polls in 2020 differ from previous ones, and they adopted more accurate criteria, and the percentage of error in them is likely to be minimal.

The American “Fox” website said that the factors that make this year’s opinion polls accurate are the increase in Biden’s advantage in recent polls. According to the site “270 to Win”, Biden has support for about 290 seats in the electoral college out of 538, which qualifies him to reach To the White House, in addition to taking into account educational attainment in swing states such as “Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin,” as many non-degree holders will vote for Trump, which the 2016 polls overlooked, as well as Biden’s steadfastness, as one among the Every 5 voters in 2016 were reluctant to vote for those who vote, but the majority of them chose Trump at the time, but the 2020 elections will see this “hesitant” group fade away; Because its votes were decided in favor of Biden.

Israel and Donald on 4 points

Indira Matar –

The French newspaper Le Monde reviewed the Israelis’ support for Trump, the reasons for that, and what the latter could offer Tel Aviv if he wins a second term, and the following is an explanation of those points:

1- According to a poll conducted by the Israeli Mitvim Institute for Regional Foreign Policy, 70% of Israelis want the incumbent president to win on November 3, compared to only 21% who support Biden.

2- The old political relationship deepened in an unprecedented way during the Trump era, which represented an American golden age for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

3 – Regional priorities have coincided between the two administrations: cracking down on Iran with stifling sanctions; Transferring the US embassy to Jerusalem, its recognition of Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan Heights, and finally by declaring that his country’s government no longer considers building settlements in the West Bank a violation of international law.

4- In the event that Trump wins, he will work to fulfill his promise to continue pressuring Iran and accomplish a deal on terms that take into account the interest of Tel Aviv, and he will continue to undermine pluralism and the United Nations institutions in line with the accusations of bias that Israel directs to these institutions.
