The Ministry of Manpower announced the arrival of the body of Egyptian citizen Gamal Fathy Sayed Fathallah, who passed away as a result of a sudden heart attack, to the homeland today, Saturday.
According to today’s statement, the body arrived on a Nile Air flight to Cairo Airport at exactly 5:30 in the morning.
The Minister of Manpower had issued immediate instructions to the Ministry’s Labor Representation Office at the Egyptian Consulate General in Riyadh, as soon as he learned of the death, to follow up the procedures for transporting the body of the Egyptian citizen to the homeland in coordination with the consulate, as well as following up his financial dues.
The Minister of Manpower expressed his sincere condolences to the family of the deceased and his colleagues, calling on the Almighty to inspire them with patience and solace.
The labor attaché, Ahmed Rajaei, head of the labor representation office in Riyadh, said that the Egyptian citizen, who passed away as a result of a sudden heart attack, was working as a first-class truck driver at Rawafed General Contracting and Road Maintenance Company in Dammam, noting that he had contacted the company’s management to end the payment of his dues.
Rajai clarified that the body was deposited in the hospital until the completion of the permit procedures for shipment to his hometown, Ihnasia Center, Beni Suef Governorate.
Rajai continued: He contacted his brother in Egypt, and expressed his desire to try to ship the body as soon as possible, and he was directed to make an authorization for a person in Dammam to receive the burial permit from the General Consulate in Riyadh and finish the procedures, and the authorization was sent from the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Operations Center to the Consulate General In Riyadh.
He added: To further shorten the time, Muhammad Azzam, the Administrative Attaché at the General Consulate in Riyadh, and Karim Abu al-Saud, the Labor Attaché at the Labor Representation Office in Riyadh, went on Friday morning to the General Consulate in Riyadh to finalize the procedures for the permit to ship the body and hand it over to the authorization holder who thanked the members of the diplomatic mission for their prompt response to the wishes of the deceased’s brother. .
