The coach of West Bromwich Albion, England, Slavin Bilic, expressed his sorrow over the departure of his Egyptian defender Ahmed Hegazy, and confirmed that he was shocked by his transfer to the Saudi Jeddah Federation.

West Bromwich Club announced that Hijazi had moved to Ittihad Jeddah on loan, with the possibility of making a final purchase after the end of the current season.
