The Ministry harnessed technical regulations and launched the “Umrahna” application, which aims to regulate the entry of groups of pilgrims and worshipers to the Two Holy Mosques according to the possible operational capacity to implement precautionary and preventive measures. The Ministry has also mobilized all its efforts for this exceptional season.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah took into account in its plan the stages of performing the pilgrims performing their rituals, and raising its readiness to serve the guests of the Most Merciful from various parts of the world, amid the directives of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his trustworthy Crown Prince – may God protect them – and following up on His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah Muhammad Saleh bin Taher Benten .
The Ministry called on the various pilgrims coming after the ban was lifted in light of the conditions that the world witnessed as a result of the pandemic, to adhere to following precautionary and preventive measures from their arrival until their departure after completing the performance of their rituals, as during this journey of faith, a series of preventive measures will be applied to ensure the safety of pilgrims and visitors, most notably prevention. And purification and awareness, and to follow the entire instructions set for the safety of Ammar, the Sacred House of God.
