News 24 | Two Royal Orders: Sheikh Khaled Al-Luhaidan as President of the Supreme Court, and Sheikh Ghahab Al-Ghahab as an advisor at the Royal Court

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz issued two royal orders appointing Khalid bin Abdullah bin Muhammad al-Luhaidan as president of the Supreme Court with the rank of minister, and the appointment of the Sheikh Ghaheb bin Muhammed bin Abdullah Al-Ghayhab, advisor at the Royal Court, with the rank of minister.

The following is the text of the two royal orders:
After reviewing the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Decree No. (A / 90)
On 27/8/1412 AH.
And after reviewing the system of ministers, deputy ministers, and employees of the excellent rank, issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 10) dated 3/18/1391 AH.
And after reviewing the judicial system issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 78)
On 9/19/1428 AH.
We ordered what is to come:
First: His Eminence Sheikh / Khalid bin Abdullah bin Muhammad al-Luhaidan is appointed as President of the Supreme Court at the rank of Minister.
Second: Our matter is communicated to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.
