Leverkusen continues his Bundesliga awakening


Berlin – Bayer Leverkusen continued their resurgence by beating home to Augsburg 3-1 on Monday at the end of the fifth stage of the German football league.

Bayer Leverkusen owes its second successive victory to Argentine striker Lucas Alario, who scored a double in the 16th minute from a penalty kick and 74, and Frenchman Moussa Diaby added the third (90 + 4), while Italian Daniel Caligiori scored the only goal for Augsburg in the 52nd minute.
