Gold fell in Saudi Arabia .. Find out about its prices today

Gold prices in the Saudi market witnessed a slight increase in early trading, Sunday morning, in line with the decline in global prices for the precious metal, affected by the rise of the dollar.

The price of a gram of 24-carat gold was about 229.20 riyals (61.12 dollars), compared to 229.07 riyals (61.09 dollars) on Saturday.

While the price of a gram of 21 carat gold was about 200.56 riyals ($ 53.48), compared to 200.44 riyals ($ 53.45), yesterday.

The price of a gram of 18 carat gold was about 171.90 riyals ($ 45.84), compared to 171.81 riyals ($ 45.81) yesterday.

Globally, gold prices had fallen at the close of Friday, heading towards the first weekly loss in three weeks, while the dollar is holding on to its rise while providing more financial stimulus in the United States seems unlikely before the presidential elections.

In spot transactions, gold fell 0.2% to 1,903.24 dollars an ounce by 0631 GMT, losing 1.4% since the beginning of this week. US gold futures fell 0.1% to $ 1,907.50.
