Dr. Hanan Al-Ahmadi was born in Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, and completed her postgraduate education in the United States of America, where she obtained a Bachelor of Administrative Sciences from the Department of Economics at King Saud University in 1986, and a Masters in Health Administration from the College of Graduate Studies in Public Health and Tropical Medicine From Tulane University in the United States of America in 1989, she also obtained a doctorate in health administration from the Graduate School of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh in the United States of America in 1995, and she received many scientific excellence awards from the Saudi Cultural Attaché during her masters and doctoral studies. .
Dr. Hanan Al-Ahmadi has a career full of accomplishments. During her career, she held several positions in a number of important sectors in the Kingdom. She worked as the Health Administration Coordinator in the women’s branch of the Institute of Public Administration during the period from 1425 AH until 1429 AH.
She also held the position of Senior Program Coordinator in the Women’s Branch of the Institute of Public Administration during the period from 1429 AH to 1430 AH, and from 1430-1434 AH, and also held the position of Director General of the Women’s Branch of the Institute of Public Administration, and the year 1434 AH witnessed her appointment as a member of the Shura Council.
Dr. Hanan Al-Ahmadi has a number of researches in the field of health administration in both Arabic and English, and in a number of scientific journals and journals inside and outside the Kingdom, and has participated in a number of applied seminars, training programs and courses inside and outside the Kingdom.
Dr. Hanan Al-Ahmadi joined a number of councils and committees, including:

Dr. Hanan plays an important role through the positions she has held, and is an effective model for the female component within the Shura Council, which made her come in eighth place at the top of the list of the 30 most powerful and influential women in Saudi society, according to the report issued by Arabian Business in 2014.
