The media spokesman for the Makkah Region Police, Major Muhammad Al-Ghamdi, stated that the Special Force for Diplomatic Security managed to arrest a citizen in the fourth decade of his life after he attacked with a sharp object a security guard at the French Consulate in Jeddah.
