Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo left the Portuguese capital Lisbon today, Wednesday, heading to Turin on a private medical plane, after confirming that he was infected with the Corona virus, on Tuesday.
The plane took off from Tires airport in Cascais, about 30 kilometers from the Portuguese capital.
And Ronaldo had committed to quarantine in the Sports City of his country, who will face his Swedish counterpart tonight in the European Nations League competitions.
Ronaldo will complete the quarantine period in Turin before returning to training with his Juventus team when he recovers from the “coronavirus”.
