The President of the Human Rights Commission, Dr. Awad bin Saleh Al-Awad, affirmed that the Cabinet’s decision to disburse an amount of 500,000 riyals to the families of the health sector worker who died due to # Corona from Saudis and non-Saudis, is a new affirmation of the state’s care for everyone who resides in it alike, and its protection of the rights of Health sector workers and their families.

He added, through his Twitter account: A new lesson for the world about what is #HumanRights #Humanfirst.

During its session held yesterday, the Council of Ministers directed that an amount of (500,000) five hundred thousand riyals be spent to the families of the deceased due to the (new Corona virus) pandemic working in the government or private health sector, whether civilian or military, and whether Saudi or non-Saudi, That this takes effect from the date of recording the first infection with (the virus) on 7/7/1441 AH.
