Today, Saturday, the UAE Ministry of Health announced that 1,007 cases of Coronavirus had been recorded during the past 24 hours, which constitutes the highest daily toll in the country since the start of the pandemic.
The Ministry of Health said that it had conducted 95,287 examinations as part of its plans to expand the range of examinations, which led to the discovery of 1,007 new infections with the virus, while only one death was recorded, and 521 people recovered during the past day.
Thus, the number of injuries in the UAE since the start of the outbreak has risen to 78,849, and the death toll has reached 399 so far.
According to the UAE Ministry of Health, the number of people recovering from the disease reached 68,983.
The UAE recorded the largest daily number of injuries, amounting to 994 cases last May, but the numbers returned to rise after reaching the level of 164 injuries on the third of last August.
