Chili peppers solve countless health problems

And the chili in a meal can be your ticket to a long, healthy life.</span></p><p dir="RTL">Eating chili peppers has been linked to a reduced risk of death in several studies, and new research published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology supports these earlier results, according to Russia Today.</p><p dir="RTL">The study, conducted in Italy, compared the risk of death between 23,000 people and divided them into two groups, those who ate chili peppers and those who did not.</p><p dir="RTL">Participants' health status and eating habits were monitored over a period of eight years, and researchers found that the risk of dying from a heart attack was 40% lower among those who ate chili peppers at least four times a week.</p><p dir="RTL">Scientists have discovered the health benefits of consuming this type of spice, including its ability to increase the breakdown of fats in certain tissues as well as inhibit the effects of some bacteria and fungi.</p><p dir="RTL">An observational study released by medical researchers at the University of Vermont found an inverse relationship between red chili pepper consumption and mortality.</p><p dir="RTL">Researchers Mustafa Chopin and Benjamin Littenberg established the relationship between chili intake and longevity by analyzing data from the US National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, in which a representative sample of adults was monitored for their diet and lifestyle habits between 1988 and 1994.</p><p dir="RTL">Of the number of deaths recorded in a sample of 16,179 people, the researchers found that the total deaths for the participants who consumed hot red pepper was 22%, compared to 34% for those who did not.</p><p dir="RTL">Chili peppers contain a number of nutrients, including vitamins <span dir="LTR">B</span> And<span dir="LTR">C</span> And<span dir="LTR">Pro-A</span>.
