Xiaomi’s Redmi subsidiary today officially unveiled a new laptop called Redmi G. This computer starts from $ 760 and goes up to $ 1000. Of course, these prices apply to the Chinese market, and therefore these prices are subject to change in the event that this computer is launched globally.
The new Redmi G computer includes a 16.1-inch screen and a thin frame that forced the Chinese company to move the front camera to the lower frame. More importantly, is the fact that this screen supports 144Hz refresh rate, has FullHD resolution and supports 100 percent of the sRGB color gamut.
The new Redmi G computer can be had with the Intel Core i5-10200H or Intel Core i5-10300H processor, and with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 or Nvidia GeForce 1650 Ti processor. It should be noted that the version with the Intel Core i5-10300H processor and the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti graphics processor costs about $ 900, while the version with the Intel Core i7-10750H processor and the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti graphics processor costs about $ 1000. However, there is no information on whether there is support for G-Sync technology.
This new laptop also houses a 55Wh battery that promises to provide 5.5 hours of lightning-browsing use. Despite its slim design, the Redmi G promises exceptional cooling performance thanks to the device’s heat dissipation system. Aside from that, this laptop also houses a relatively large trackpad.
Generally, the Redmi G laptop will be launched on August 17th and Redmi has already started taking pre-orders for this laptop in China.
