Sahlawi reveals the details of Serbia’s selection of the White Camp

Youssef al-Sahlawi, head of the Football and Technical Affairs Committee of the Football Association, said that the choice of Serbia as the headquarters for the establishment of the camp came after coordination with the competent authorities in the country, to provide a suitable residence and training grounds, and conforming to the conditions that must be followed during the training period.

The UAE national team is preparing to set up its camp in Serbia during the period from 5 to 23 August, before completing the double qualifying campaign for the World Cup and the Asian Cup.

The President of the National Teams and Technical Affairs Committee, in a statement to the official website of the Football Association, praised the work done by members of the technical and administrative staff of Al-Abyad during the first rally period, which came very positive and important for Pinto, who drew his general picture of the players and got acquainted with their capabilities closely.

He also stressed that the Football Association Board of Directors, headed by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, is keen to provide the appropriate environment for our national teams, especially the first team that is waiting for a task that is not easy, and you need an ideal preparation in all physical, technical and intellectual aspects, especially after a period of interruption It lasted for more than three months as a result of the Corona pandemic.

The National Teams and Technical Affairs Committee held its periodic meeting through chaired by Al-Sahlawi, the second vice-president of the Football Association, with the participation of Saif Majid Al-Mansoori, member of the Board of Directors, vice-chairman of the committee, Mohamed Abdullah Hazam Al-Dhaheri, Secretary-General of the Federation, Ibrahim Al-Nimr, Assistant Secretary-General for Technical Affairs, and Muhammad Obaid Hammad Al Dhaheri, advisor to the committee, supervisor of the first national team, Adnan Al Taliani, Abdullah Sultan, Muhammad Obaid Hilal Al Dhaheri, Abdul Hamid Al Mestaki, Adel Abdul Aziz, committee members, and Hassan Fahd as rapporteur.

The committee discussed the latest arrangements for the national team camp in Serbia, where it affirmed its keenness to provide all elements of success for Al-Abyad during the coming period, in addition to coordinating with the General Secretariat, which in turn, communicated with the competent authorities in the country, to end all procedures for travel in accordance with the approved protocol.
