Portuguese soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo has not lost his ambition and wants to compensate for the disappointment of getting out of the European Champions League final against Lyon. He confirmed, today, Thursday, that he wants to conquer the world and break records.
The “Don” wrote on “Instagram”, “As I prepare for my third season, my soul and my ambition are at their highest levels.”
The 35-year-old striker, who has been crowned the best player in the world five times, continued: “Goals, victories, commitment, giving and professionalism. With all my strength and the precious help of my colleagues and all Juventus members, we will all work to conquer Italy again, Europe and the world and break records.
Since his arrival to Italy, Ronaldo has scored twice in the domestic league, but has not crossed the threshold of the quarter-finals in the Champions League, as he was eliminated in this role by Ajax Amsterdam in 2019, before the current season’s disappointment against Lyon.
The former Real Madrid star added, “To offer more and better, to succeed in all the challenges that will face us. We will make every year a better adventure than the one before and win everything for the fans.
