Nokia presented the Wireless Power Earbuds BH-605 with the best quality in acoustics, with excellent battery life, but it came in a large size and heavy on the ear, and today the latest leaks confirmed that the company is preparing to launch the Power Earbuds Lite in a smaller size.
Nokia adopted the Power Earbuds Lite recently in the Bluetooth SIG, and an image has appeared for the wireless headphone that comes with the model number BH-405, where it is expected that the Lite title indicates the lighter weight of the upcoming wireless speaker.
The leaks confirmed that the Power Earbuds Lite comes with Bluetooth 5.1 standards, which support better energy consumption, compared to the Bluetooth 5.0 chip that was presented in the original Power Earbuds BH-605.
Also, the wireless headphones are set to come with a better battery life with the new Bluetooth standards, where expectations indicate that the headphone will provide more than 5 hours of music playback, with an additional 150 hours in the charging case of the headset, which features a 3000 mAh battery.
The leaks also indicate that the Power Earbuds Lite will come with IPX7 standards in water and dust resistance, and HMD Global is expected to unveil the wireless speaker with the company’s new versions of smartphones during the IFA 2020 exhibition that will be held in Berlin in September.
