Forbes has published its annual list of women from the Middle East who are the leading brands, Women Behind Middle Eastern Brands, which includes brands and startups.
There were about 40 women in the list, 11 of them from Egypt in 8 centers, while Lebanon acquired the lion’s share of 14 women, 10 Saudi women, and 5 women entrepreneurs from Jordan and Iraq, all of whom are women of Middle Eastern origin or have started their work in the Middle East. The list included Farida Temraz, international fashion designer.
Mrs Farida Temraz Farida Temraz is the owner and founder of the Egyptian and international Temraza brand.
Her designs wore the most important Arab and foreign stars and figures.
The first and youngest Egyptian designer to successfully participate in international fashion weeks alongside the most important international fashion houses.
She made the headlines in the Arab and international media, after she was chosen as the Egyptian Fashion Ambassador by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in addition to numerous centers and positions she received in her career.
She was able to participate in the Los Angeles Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week.
