He wished all citizens “to take the utmost caution and adhere to epidemiological behavior, especially with regard to personal hygiene and wearing a mask, and to avoid mixing in crowded places.”
He pointed out that “the upward curve during the last two weeks of the epidemic, and the recording of chains of virus infection in most Lebanese regions, necessitated everyone to show responsibility and cooperation so that we do not have to go into a general closure after the recent high number of deaths.”
