Several press reports stated that Bayern Munich won the European Champions League title this season, which will cost Barcelona’s treasury the amount of $ 5 million.
According to the British newspaper “Mirror”, Barcelona will have to pay 5 million euros to Liverpool, if Brazilian Philippe Coutinho succeeds in winning the “Champions League” title with the Bavarian team this season.
Coutinho plays with Bayern on loan from Barcelona until the end of the Champions League this season, and he is linked to a contract with the Catalan team until 2023.
Coutinho moved from Liverpool to Barcelona in the winter of 2018, and there is a clause in the joint contract between Barcelona and Liverpool stipulating that the Reds charge 5 million euros, if Coutinho wins the Champions League title in one of the 2018-2019 or 2019-2020 seasons.
