The Spanish club Atletico Madrid revealed today, Monday, in an official statement, the identity of the two newly infected with the Corona virus in its ranks, namely the Argentine players Angel Correa and the Croatian Simi Versalico.

On Sunday, Atletico revealed in a statement on its official website that two people in the club had been infected with the “Covid-19” virus, without revealing their identities and whether they were players, coaching staff or employees.

The statement indicated that Atletico Madrid will return to training, Monday evening, with 21 players from the first team, in addition to 4 from the club’s academy, to travel to the Portuguese capital, Lisbon, on Tuesday, in preparation for the German match against Leipzig next Thursday, in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
