Porto defeated rivals Benfica 2-1 in the final of the Portugal Cup.

By scoring two goals, Congolese Chancell Mbemba led his team Porto to crown the Portuguese Cup by beating arch-rivals Benfica 2-1 in the final.

The 25-year-old striker scored his goals in the 47th and 59th minutes.

Benfica Vinicius scored in the 84th minute with a penalty kick.

With this, Porto continues its wonderful season and its domination of the scene in Portugal, days after crowning it the League title, thus winning the local duo (League and Cup) for the second time in its history.

The team also regained the cup absent from its coffers after 9 years, specifically the season (2010-11) when it beat Vitoria Guimaraes 6-2.

On the other hand, Benfica lived disappointed again after finishing the league in second place and losing the Cup title.
